Classes at Sola
We offer a programme of weekly classes in calisthenics, handstands, mobility and Iyengar yoga. Each one is designed to build consistency, support your practice and develop strength, control and confidence over time.
Calisthenics
Our calisthenics classes focus on bodyweight strength training using pull-up bars, rings and simple equipment. The goal is to build functional strength through controlled, progressive movements that challenge the body in dynamic and adaptable ways.

Our mobility classes are designed to improve active range of motion, build joint strength and support ease in everyday movement. Sessions combine strength, stretch and controlled movement to help you move with more clarity and confidence.

Iyengar yoga
A style of yoga that emphasises precision and alignment. Postures are broken down to deepen understanding, with the use of props like blocks, chairs, and rope walls to access the essence of each asana. This deconstructive approach refines the key actions within postures, making the practice both deep and accessible.
