Classes & workshops
We offer a programme of regular weekly classes in Iyengar Yoga, Calisthenics, Mobility and Handstands. These sessions are designed to build consistency and support your practice week by week.
We also host weekend workshops. These are a little longer, giving you time to dive deeper into specific themes or techniques and explore your practice in new ways.
Iyengar yoga
A style of yoga that emphasises precision and alignment. Postures are broken down to deepen understanding, with the use of props like blocks, chairs, and rope walls to access the essence of each asana. This deconstructive approach refines the key actions within postures, making the practice both deep and accessible.
Calisthenics
Focused on bodyweight training, supported by equipment for calisthenics including rings and pull-up bars. The goal is to build functional strength through controlled, progressive movements that challenge the body in dynamic ways.
Mobility
Designed to improve active range of motion, not just through passive stretching but with techniques that use strength to create mobility. This includes loaded stretching, active flexibility work, and partner exercises that expand movement capacity in new ways.
Skills
A blend of strength, mobility, and control. This includes handstands, muscle-ups, parallettes, stall bars, and dynamic movements on the rings, all supported by high ceilings that create space for hanging, balancing, and moving freely.
