Sola is a personal studio tucked into the garden of a residential home - quiet, private and surrounded by nature. It’s not a commercial warehouse, but a hidden gem with a calm, intimate feel.

Paid onsite parking is available at an extra cost, and for one vehicule only.

Spaces are generally easy to find, with good availability most of the time.

General rules:

• No smoking inside the studio. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas.

• No pets in the studio

• Respect the space: please avoid dragging heavy equipment across floors; use mats or sliders when needed (we provide mats)

• Clean up after yourself: remove any trash, props, or personal items before leaving.

• Shoes & flooring: no outdoor shoes on the studio floor.

• Furniture & props: please move furniture carefully and return items to their original place.

• Noise & neighbors: keep music and sound at a reasonable level, especially during filming.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable.
